Following their participation in the Ignite Workshop, a focused and intensive selection process was conducted to identify students for Cohort-4 of the Pratibha Poshak program. Out of 3,569 workshop attendees, 350 students were shortlisted based on their performance and potential. These students underwent a rigorous evaluation process that included telephonic interviews and, where necessary, home visits to understand their personal and financial circumstances better.
