In 2024, Pratibha Poshak's talent search spanned nine education districts - Belagavi, Chikkodi, Dharwad, Bagalkot, Gadag, Haveri, Uttara Kannada, Vijayapura and Sirsi. Of the 60,000+ students who appeared for the National Means cum Merit Scholarship (NMMS) Exam from these districts, the top 4% were called for the Pratibha Poshak selection tests conducted at 22 locations. About 2,200 students appeared for our unique half-day selection tests. A good quality school bag and meal was provided to all the students called for the test.

Students qualifying the Pratibha Poshak selection test went through a round of telephonic interview and 230 students were admitted into the program. Verification of financial status was done through home visits where required. Internet enabled Tablet PCs with parental control were given to all the admitted students during the 2-day orientation programs held at multiple locations. Online classes for the Cohort-3 students started in the months of August and September.
